Alexis Manning

Lex is a former competitive powerlift who ranked #1 in California in 2017. During her journey she fell in love with nutrition to win her battle with PCOS.

She brings a determined, but encouraging energy to all her clients and classes.

Dominique Manning

Dom describes himself as a “mediocre athlete” capable of sprinting 20 yard in under 2.5s and deadlift almost 600lbs.

He approaches his own training with patience and resolve and brings that same attitude to his clients.
