In MI, we introduce our youngest athletes to the basics of sprinting, jumping & cutting. We teach primary strength patterns: squatting, hinging, pulling & pressing to build a strong base for the future.

MII: Strength School

4:30pm – 5:30pm

In MII, we build on top of our foundation and bring in the basics of olympic lifting in combination with advanced plyometrics. These athletes will become proficient in lifts that will be used at the collegiate level.

MIII: Advanced Performance

11am – 12:30pm & 5pm – 6:30pm

Our Advanced Performance class is geared toward high level athletes that have mastered the basics of the lifts and plyometric movements. This group will have the most advanced combination of movement.

( FAT ) Functional Athletic Training

Athletes are trained to perform, functional movements at an elite level and their bodies reflect it.

I can’t guarantee you’ll land a the next top model contract or go #1 in the next NFL Draft…

But you will notice the back pain disappear and your body start to look better than the younger you.

Intro to F.A.T.

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

All athletes must check-in prior to class, please show up 10-15 minutes early.
